Monsoon Empress Kochi

.The location was good. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of amenities, all functioning perfectly. Although I stayed for only one night, it was very comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free.

Our stay were wonderful and we enjoyed a lot. The front desk staffs were very helpful especially Akshay. He helped us to order food online upon checking in late night as the hotel kitchen closed. The hotel cab driver, Krishnankutty was very helpful and he made sure our 2 days trip in Kochi were remarkable and awesome. The breakfast choices are good with a lot of varieties. Overall our trip were wonderful with a lot of memories.

Newness of the building and location. The staff were excellent, very quickly attended to requests. Excellent WiFi, room sizes were great.

I like all staffs. They are kind and helpful. Food is also very good.
